Roselle Middle School is holding several fund-raising efforts to raise money for the Grace Orphanage for Girls in Haiti. On Friday, February 5th, the 8th graders will be conducting a bake sale during the 6th/7th/8th grade lunch periods.
Also, students can donate change to their common time teachers from February 1st til February 12th. The winning teacher will choose several students to throw pies at a group of teachers on Tuesday, February 16th during common time! How often do you get a chance to throw a pie at a teacher? So, dig through the couch cushions and break open that piggy bank to put your teacher in the lead!
Read-A-Thon for Haiti
In an effort to help the children of Haiti the SHS Student Ambassadors are sponsoring a Read-a-Thon. All proceeds will go to UNICEF Earthquake Relief for Haiti. The Read-a-Thon encourages students, teachers and parents to read everyday and help Haiti's children. For more information, click on the picture above.
